Return & Refund

At Crafted With Stone, each piece is a work of art. We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our products. However, due to the nature of customized and handcrafted marble and stone items, our return and refund policy is framed to balance customer satisfaction and artisan integrity.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted in case of damage during transit or wrong product delivered.
  • Custom orders, personalized carvings, or specially commissioned items are non-returnable.
  • To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer unless the error is on our part.
  • Returns will not be accepted if damage is reported after 48 hours.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping, handling, and customization fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
  • Once production begins, the order becomes non-refundable due to customization and material cost.

Damaged Items

  • Take a full unboxing video to support any damage claims.
  • Damage reported without proof will not be eligible for claims.
  • We may offer replacement, repair, or partial refund based on case evaluation.
