Shipping & Delivery

At Crafted With Stone, we specialize in the safe, secure, and professional delivery of natural stones and handcrafted marble products across India and worldwide. Our logistics process is built on reliability, protective packaging, and smooth coordination.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• We deliver to all major cities, towns, and remote areas via road and rail cargo networks.
• Delivery time: 5–10 business days from dispatch depending on your location.
• Tracking information and delivery estimates are shared once dispatched.
• Clients must arrange unloading unless unloading is pre-booked.

International Shipping

• We export to 40+ countries through certified freight and logistics partners.
• International orders are shipped via sea freight (FOB/CIF/DDP depending on agreement).
• Delivery estimate: 4–8 weeks depending on country, customs, and shipping line.
• We provide:
  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Certificate of Origin (on request)
  • Other export documentation as per INCOTERMS

Packing & Safety

• All items are packed in export-grade wooden crates with internal foam and edge protection.
• Weight is evenly distributed with proper handling instructions.
• Delicate carvings are bubble wrapped and reinforced with extra padding.

Freight Terms & Responsibilities

• Options available: FOB, CIF, DDP – clearly defined during order confirmation.
• Transit insurance is optional but strongly advised.
• Risk transfers to buyer once goods are handed to the carrier, as per agreed terms.

Delivery Delays

We ensure timely delivery, but some delays may be beyond our control:

• Customs delays
• Shipping line or port issues
• Weather or other force majeure conditions

Our team will provide support in case of delays and keep you informed throughout.

Customer Duties on Arrival

• Inspect the delivery immediately upon arrival for any visible damage.
• Report damage within 24–48 hours with unboxing video and photos.
• Responsibility of unloading lies with the customer unless agreed otherwise.

Shipping Charges

• Charges are based on weight, volume, and distance from our Kishangarh warehouse.
• Final costs will be included in the quotation/proforma invoice – no hidden charges.
• Applicable taxes, GST, port fees, and duties (for exports) are clearly mentioned.

Packaging Certifications

We use ISPM-15 certified wood crates for international orders as per global export compliance.
