1. Order Confirmation

• All orders must be confirmed with a written quotation and advance payment.
• Custom orders are non-cancellable once production has begun.

2. Payment Terms

• Advance payment: Minimum 50% for custom or bulk orders.
• Balance payment must be cleared before dispatch.
• Accepted payment methods: NEFT/RTGS, UPI, Bank Transfer.

3. Product Information

• Each product is handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, pattern, or carving from images.
• Sizes are approximate and within a 5-8% tolerance range due to artisanal nature.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is available across India and globally via road, rail, or sea freight.
• Delivery estimates are provided but may vary due to logistics or external delays.
• Customer is responsible for unloading unless otherwise arranged.

5. Damages & Claims

• Inspect delivery immediately. Report any damage within 24–48 hours with photos and videos.
• Claims will not be accepted after this period.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, photos, and product designs are the intellectual property of Crafted With Stone.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kishangarh, Rajasthan, India.
